The President: this is the minister from the Department of Territorial Policy and Public Works or another designated person.
Administrative Board: this is the governing body of the consortium, which directs the organisation as a group.
Executive committee: this is the core governing and administrative body of the consortium and is comprised of eight members who must be members of the administrative board.
Executive manager: The executive manager handles the daily management of the consortium and is named by the administrative board and nominated by the president.
The Territorial Mobility Council of the Camp de Tarragona ATM is the civic and social consultation and participation body for the operation of the public passenger transport and mobility system within the scope of authority of the Camp de Tarragona ATM.
The Public Transport Operator Technical Committee is the advisory body for the Consortium in matters of a technical and financial nature.
The Legal Advisory, Technical and Financial committees are responsible for any advisory and collaborative efforts in legal, technical and financial matters which the governing bodies of the consortium deem necessary. The composition of these committees is determined by the administrative board, guaranteeing the participation of the consortium’s member organisations.
According to the statutes, the consortium must have an office of secretary, the representative of which acts as secretary of the administrative board and the executive committee.
